postfix email problem

hi guys,
i have written to the forum today morning about postfix on ispconfig with FC5 perfect setup.

i can send emails to my server or my domain www.keshwani.net but cannot receive it.

so i checked the port 25 if it is blocked at firewall level. my server is under DMZ so shouldnt be a problem.

I searched the thread and found somebody saying telnet mx4.hotmail.com 25

tried this command and i am surprised.

it says

and doesnt do anything
Is that the problem?

How do i fix it.
