Default certificates for different clients/sites?

So i setup ispconfig3 and debian and it works great.

the only question i have is that if i have multiple domains on a single server,
how do i make sure each website has its own security certificate under its own name when connecting to the email server.

When you create a website, check the tab "SSL" .. there you can create a SSL Certificate for that website (domain). ISPConfig will do the rest.
