Default Occasional high load on the server.

Hi. I have occasional very high load on my server. Do you have any ideas what could be the problem?
The ps aux shot was taken on 2006-11-13 at 15:49:40.
The interesting thing is that most of the postfix and procmail, perl processes hangs there from 15:38. But they dissapear after while and server load goes down again.
At the time of high load server has big problems to serve its users.

Code:

I seem to be having the same problem.
Any remedy?
I don't get that many emails. I only have less than 5 email accounts on that server. And perhaps less than 2 spams/day all together.

Pkease check with e.g. the "top" command, which processes are causing the high load.
