rr and soa table names

I see in the mydns daemon config you can use different table names other than rr and soa. Can you do so in mydnsconfig?

No, the tables must be named rr and soa.

Is there a valid reason for that? Or can we fix it?

You can modify the MyDNSConfig sources to fix it.
