Default Admin Tools for Apache and/or VSFTP

Is there an admin tool for Apache? Can ISPConfig admin all the various configuration areas for Apache - like virtual hosts, and directories, and security?

Same questions for vsftpd? Will ISPConfig handle users, groups for vsftpd?

ISPConfig is a hosting Controlpanle that handles the apache and FTPD configuration settings that are nescessary for this task, not more. If you want to configure all possible directives you should have a look at webmin.
