Default How to set Maildir instead of mbox

I am at step 10.1 in the Installing a LAMP system in FC6.

It talks about switching to Maildir format by clicking on Management -> Server -> Settings -> Email. But I cannot find Management menu on my system, nor is there an Email option under other menus. I have looked under Server and Settings but nothing about Email.

Is there another way to switch mail box formats?
