Default DNS Registration

Does anybody know od a Domain Registration service that offers an API interface or similar that I could use to interface with ISPConfig?

Alot of the ones I find require pre-payment, does anybody know of a registration service offering a suitable interface and a pay as you go service. either by credit card\invoice\paypal or what have you??

As far as I know www.123-reg.co.uk offers a credit facility so you can put £100 onto your account and then you can register without having to pay there and then.

I am using onlinenic http://onlinenic.com they have a good API and the prices are also good.

Most registrars require pre-payment. I don't know any registrar that does it differently.
