clamav install

I've been trying to figure out how to install clamav on my FC5 server. Me being new to linux, I did a "yum install clamav" and it installed 3 packages. But, I couldn't figure out how to get it going. The documentation on the clamav.net website was pretty confusing to me.

So, is there someone that can do a "HowTO" on installing and configuring ClamAV?
