Default Internal Server Error

I recently installed ISPCONFIG 3 the latest version and added a client with website.

On the client website i can't visit any blank pages on the website like http://domain.tld/dasdasdas or whatever also http://domain.tld/phpMyAdmin or http://domain.tld/phpmyadmin. It gives internal server error.

On the address webserver.domain.tld or ip address of the server i cant get the phpmyadmin panel too (http://webserver.domain.tld/phpmyadmin or http://x.x.x.x/phpmyadmin - tired with both phpMyAdmin and phpmyadmin)

i checked client's log file and i got about 100 entries like this:

[Wed Jul 17 13:40:22 2013] [error] [client x.x.x.x] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.
