Question Problem with Postfix, SMTP and Mail

This is my first time here in HowToForge and I want to thanks all for your help.

I install a server with Ubuntu Server 13.04 I follow this tutorial to get my server Perfect Server with Ubuntu Server, well I followed all the instructions that came in the manual and got my server to work almost perfectly, the only problem I have is that when I send emails to accounts that I have not registered on my server or other domains like hotmail sends me an error and fails mail to the recipient, I read that is that these accounts servers block incoming post coming with dynamic IP domain and taking it as spam. I wanted to know if there is way to solve this problem.
