Default ISPConfig 3 DNS Zone Records Problem

Whether I use the wizard or setup the DNS Zone manually, the Records tab besides the DNS Zone table does not create it's record automatically.

I have setup two boxes (both ubuntu 12.04) and on the other box ISPConfig 3 works fine. After I create a zone, the records are being filled automatically with A, MX and NS records.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
