Post Site's Option tab for client

Hi, In Site there is an option tab which enable custom changes in php and other directives.

As admin i can see this Option Tab but clients even i have Unchecked PhP Option in their limits could not view this Option Tab.

any hint ?

That's how it is supposed to be. Otherwise clients could change their limits, create security holes, get access to other vhosts on the server, etc.
