Default .htaccess not working in side ispconfig directory

.htaccess not working in side ispconfig directory

any one know how to make it work

/var/www/ispconfig/

trying to use my own webmail folder
i have removed the alias for /webmail from apache.
i have download a new frsh copy of roundcube to /var/www/ispconfig/webmail
but i cant get .htaccess to work in there to fix php values.
i have added this

<Directory /var/www/ispconfig/webmail>
Options +FollowSymLinks
# This is needed to parse /var/lib/roundcube/.htaccess. See its
# content before setting AllowOverride to None.
AllowOverride All
order allow,deny
allow from all
</Directory>

Can anyone help
Jonny

/var/www/ispconfig/ - is only a symlink of /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/
to fix php values, you can use something like "php_admin_value bla bla"

The ispconfig interface runs as fastcgi php, the "php_admin_flag and php_admin_value" settings are options for the apache module mod_php and not fastcgi.
