Default Migrating Serves?

What's the easiest way to migrate from one ISPConfig System to another?

We are moving our current server into 2 different ones.

Here is a little more detail:

Original Server: Ubuntu 10.04 ISPConfig 3.0.3.3
New Server: Ubuntu 12.04 ISPConfig 3.0.5.2

Is it possible to simply set it up as a slave then change it to master?

Migration is very important, would like to see mass migration by "hosting plan", all selected accounts and individual accounts from one server to another.

Is there a way to donate to the project for specific functions. I would be willing to donate a significant amount for this.

This has been the single biggest down side to ISPConfig. New servers and migration are such an incredible chore and you never know if things will work or transfer correctly.
