Default Add open_basedir entry in all vhosts

Hello,

I have a php script somewhere in my server (on the domain A.com).
And on the domain B.com I want to have access to this script but there is problem because of the open_basedir.
So in B.com I put add the path to my script in the open_basedir but I always have the problem.
It's the same problem saying that the path to the script isn't in the allowed path.

I follow the tutorial to install ISP config 3 with apache 2.

I don't know if it's possible to do what I want to do.

Is there a way to do it ?

Thanks
