Default Changing the site name

I want to change the site name from xxx.co.uk to xxx.com.

Is this ok to just go in and change the name in the sites page?

I am only changing the TLD, the name is the same.

Would be gratefull to receive some help with this.

Many thanks

Yes. Please note that this changes the document root from /var/www/xxx.co.uk/web to /var/www/xxx.com/web, so if you are using this path somewhere in your scripts, you should change it (or use the real path /var/www/clients/client[x]/web[y]/web which does not change).
