Sender in SquirrelMail

Hi,

whenever a user sends Mails via SquirrelMail, the Sender Name and Sender Address are incorrect when the user hasn't filled out "Username" and "Email" in his personal Settings of SquirrelMail.

This is not optimal, because most of the users forget about that.

Via the SquirrelMail Package of ISPConfig the Mails are sent with Sender
- example.com_username@ispdomain.com

And via the original installed Version of Squirrelmail (with virtusertable Plugin):
- example.com_username@debian3164m

-> but should username@example.com

Can someone point me to the right direction, how this problem can be solved?

It can only be solved by your users setting the correct name and email address. It's the same when you set up an email account in Outlook or Thunderbird: You must tell Outlook which name and email address it should use.
