Default Log with a Unix user on FTP (proftpd)

Hi,

I'm just starting with Linux, I read several tutorials searched and I did not find a solution.

On Ubuntu Server I just added a "Test" user using the command "sudo adduser". This user does not has SUDO privileges, and I want that user log on FTP and access his Home folder.

What I have to do?

Regards
