Default Founded a file named core.19797 in the /web directory

Hi,
Today I have founded a big file of 950MB in the /web directory named core.19797 where run a joomla website protected wigh cloudflare, admintools e geographic locks!

Anyone know which is this?

"core.XXXX" is the name structure of a memory dump file regarding a crashed application. Check the liability of your PHP applications and their logs.

In each case, deleting that files will not affect your webserver.
