Default Backup squirrelmail

I need to make up a mail server with squirrelmail on which there have been about 300 users. How do I make a backup of the entire server without turning it off or at least all the user data? just copy /var/mail and /home to have it all?
thanks Angelo

That depends on your setup. If you use virtual users, it's probably /var/vmail or /home/vmail, while for system users you will have to back up /var/mail.
