Default [ISPConfig 3.0.5.1] Do not create user home folder.

In version 3.0.3.3 to create a new FTP user used to set in the "Options" separate home directory.
The ISPConfig version 3.0.5.1, unfortunately, the home directory is no longer created.
Home directory for the FTP user I created in the "private" and shut off the option "Make web folders immutable (extended attributes)," but it does not help.
