I am planning to install Ispconfig 3 on two servers and I would need to run a virtual server on one of them.
I have just read that OpenVZ will be deprecated in Debian Wheezy and I am curious what you think about it. Will OpenVZ be replaced in the future versions of Ispconfig or will you keep OpenVZ support?

We will keep openvz support in ISPConfig and will extend the vm module with other virtualisation technologies. The OpenVZ project offers kernels for Debian again, so it does not matter if the debian project does not offer a openvz kernel anymore.

I would like to ask you whether you make a howto for Wheezy related to Ispconfig3 + OpenVZ installation and configuration as well as Debian Squeeze?
I plan to write a howto for wheezy as well, but I did not had the time to do it yet.
I see, thank you. I think there won't be so much difference between Squeeze and Wheezy installation except OpenVZ kernel.
Do you think it is ok if I use Squeeze howto and the OpenVZ kernel package from http://download.openvz.org/debian/ repository? Is there anything that I should pay attention to?
