Default How to ignore IP address using fail2ban and nginx?

I have the following jail.local file:

Quote:
[pureftpd]

enabled = true
port = ftp
filter = pureftpd
logpath = /var/log/syslog
maxretry = 3

[dovecot-pop3imap]

enabled = true
filter = dovecot-pop3imap
action = iptables-multiport[name=dovecot-pop3imap, port="pop3,pop3s,imap,imaps", protocol=tcp]
logpath = /var/log/mail.log
maxretry = 5

[http-get-dos]
enabled = true
filter = http-get-dos
logpath = /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/*/access.log
maxretry = 250
findtime = 300
#ban for 10 hours
bantime = 36000
action = iptables-multiport[name=HTTP, port="http,https", protocol=tcp]
cloudflare-blacklist
sendmail-whois[name=HTTP, dest=webmaster@mysite.com]
Now I want to exclude IP address like the following:

ignoreip = 127.0.0.1 192.168.1.0/24 8.8.8.8 206.156.25.46

But I'm wondering where to put it.

Do I need to create the following in jail.local like:

Quote:
[DEFAULT]
ignoreip = 127.0.0.1 192.168.1.0/24 8.8.8.8 206.156.25.46
Please guide me.

Thanks

Default

I would add this in the default sections of the jail.conf file. See also fail2ban wiki:
