Default webftp problem from cpanel

I made a password for one of my folders. I have forgot the password so I was going to go back into webftp to reset it but I am getting this error I have 4 sites on the server all of them work but one this is the error. I have not changed any of the ispconfig code.

Thanks I looked at the things you posted I noticed that my ispconfig was out of date so I upgraded to ISPConfig 2.2.5

I am getting a new error with only one host out of 4 with web_ftp now.

its working a little bit better now the left side is loading but not the right frame. Sorry I wish I know more about php to figure it out on my own.

Warning: include(/home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web//lib/module.inc.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/session.inc.php on line 240
