Email Issues

Now that I have ISPConfig up and running, I added a domain (hiddengalaxy.net) and attempted to set up an email address @hiddengalaxy.net - all went fine as far as authentication was concerned however I cannot seem to receive mail reliably or send email at all. I can receive mail if it comes from certain domains - the one that the user account in question belongs to, for instance, or from my verizon account. My gmail address does not work though, and neither does another email account that I have on another domain on a separate server (school). As for sending - nothing sends. I get an "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" error mail sent back to me.

Any thoughts? Help would be very much appreciated.

What's in your mail log when you send/receive mails? What's the output of

netstat -tap

? Is your server on a dynamic IP address?
