Buttons are missing in _list.htm template

Hello,

List pages generated by the framework won't display the delete button.

A change in /template/****_list.htm

- <a class="icons16 icoDelete" href="javascript: del_record(
+ <a class="button icons16 icoDelete" href="javascript: del_record(

will fix this !
