Question phpmyadmin, webmail and other apps are available only on https

phpmyadmin, webmail and other apps are available only on https. The hhtp version shows the source code of index page of that app. I need either redirect all non ssl traffic to ssl port or enable http version also or remove the thhp version altogether(404). Please help

While none of those interfaces (phpMyAdmin, webmail, etc.) should be available over a plaintext connection, for security reasons, it is worth addressing the fact that the source code is displayed before you address the SSL issue.
