apache error?

Hello!

I have a small vps server (debian 6.0.6. x86), with ispconfig 3.0.4 on it (used the perfect server guide THX for it!).
I installed a wordpress (3.5) multisite and everything was fine, until now.
I used aptitude update && upgrade, and i think something with my apache gone wrong.
Every domains work now, but my main domain. I have 3 wp multisites and 2 not wp based, all of them works except the main.
So i can't install or update wp itself and addons.
The main domain point to /var/www not to /var/www/clients/client1/web5
I dont really understand why the other domains works, but they.
Which apach conf file shuld i post?

ps.:
i found the problem.
apache2 update rewrite the /etc/apache2/sites-available/default to the default content
