Problem after Migration

I migrated from an server with ISPConfig 3.0.4.6 to another with the same configuration.

I copied all customers and links in the fs to the new server.
I copied all emails and adjusted all config files to match the old server.
ISPConfig Panel is up and running.
All the old pages to.
The only problem that I have is, that the ispconfig cronjob is not running.
How can I debug it to find out where the problem is?

Ok,
I tried it, but I got no output from the script.
Where do I start to find out where the exact problem is?

Ok, got it running.
The Job is running after I removed the strict warning and set display on in php ini for cli.

The only problem I have is, that an page isn't displaying and I only get an error 500 message.
I don't really know how to solve this.

Take a look into the error.log of the website which is not displaying, the reason for the 500 error is logged there. The most likely reason are wrong file ownerships of the website files.
