Default Own name server fail. godady+awsEc2+ISPConfig3

Hi all,
I want to create my own domain server. I registered few domains using with godaddy. And my main domain is voipdeniz.com.

I create my own nameserver
ns1.voipdeniz.com
ns2.voipdeniz.com
Using Host Summary on godaddy panel,

I also have EC2 server on amazon web services with elastic IP 54.243.86.124 and domainname is ns1.voipdeniz.com
I installed fully ISPConfig 3 and I think it works well.

But when I try to set any domain's name server to my server, It cannot resolve name.

For example, I have another domain wich name is my brother company name like marjinalmiddleeast.com. I set the name server as ns1.voipdeniz.com and ns2.voipdeniz.com on registrar panel. I also add this domain my ISPConfig 3 panel on DNS tab.

But, When I try to nslookup to this domain, it cannot resolve name. What should be wrong?.

Please help me. Thanks for answers.
