Hi evrybody,
i use this tutarial http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ot-ispconfig-3 to install ispconfig3(ubuntu 12.10 server)
in last page(page4)
when i use this command :

insserv php-5.3.18-fpm

i have a problem
first of all system can not found isserv command!
i resolved it( by create shortcut)
after this command work but the script show menay error:

I'm experiencing exactly this!

When I did insserv php-5.3.18-fpm, I got something as insserv command not found.

So, I did ln -s /usr/lib/insserv/insserv /sbin/insserv

and then I re-executed the insserv command for php-5.8.18-fpm again, but I got a lot of error relate to how this script isn't working with upstart or something like that.

Does anyone else know how to solve this bug?

I've got the same problem here. I also - as @bennie - made the symlink earlier today, but still got the problems and got a error so long it don't fit in here, ut is pretty much the same as @rezabagheri wrote in the first post.

That is normal if there are no pools in /opt/php-5.3.18/etc/pool.d/ yet. Nothing to worry about.

Port 8999 is the port that the FPM daemon is listening on. It's not a web server...

So it seems that somehow it all is ok(?).

Tried to start the php-fpm and got the message 'done' and the warning message that the pool directory is empty, but that it also shall be at this moment I understand.

This thread is now solved by that I think.
