Centovacast Shoutcast Panel

Has anyone had any luck integrating Centovacast into a website hosted by ispconfig. I am having troubles with ftp. Centovacast comes with its own mysql.conf for pure-ftpd which calls its own database. I would like to know if there is a way that ispconfig and centovacast can both use ftp.
