Default Multple PHP version option in reseller account

I have successfully installed the ISPConfig and it is working fine.

I have installed the additional PHP version using the following guide

Code:
http://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-use-multiple-php-versions-php-fpm-and-fastcgi-with-ispconfig-3-centos-6.3

Now I can select the PHP version from the admin and can change that to any domain created by me or reseller account.

But when I login via reseller account. I can not see the newly added PHP version in PHP Version dropdown. There is only Default Option

My question is, how can I allow the reseller or domain owner to change the PHP version for their own website
