Vlogger is included in the ispconfig 3 tar.gz file as ispconfig ues a improved version of vlogger 1.3, you find it in the server/lib/scripts/ folder.

If you use ispconfig 3 on that server, then vlogger is installed by the ispconfig installer automatically, vlogger is a perl script and the script that is used by ispconfig is in /usr/local/ispconfig/server/scripts/ If you have a copy of vlogger in /usr/sbin/ does not matter, it is not used by ispconfig.

The vlogger package is installed in the tutorials to ensure that all dependencies for vlogger get installed and updated by the package management system of the Linux distribution.
