Default Release Upgrade Available - Will this mess up my ISPconfig 3 configuration?

Hi guys,

I am running ISPconfig 3 on Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS. Recently I am getting a release upgrade available message and I want to upgrade to the latest distro using do-release-upgrade but I am afraid that this might break my ISPconfig 3 causing a lot of trouble.

Does anybody know if it's safe to do that or if there are any known problems of doing this?

Thanks in advance
