at the moment I'm using boxbilling.

Create automatic accounts from boxbilling ispconfig3 When the user pays their orders?

ISPConfig has a remote API, so you can use any external software to create accounts in ispconfig. The API documentation and examples are in the ispconfig tar.gz.

If you are seeking for a billing solution which works with all ispconfig functions, you may take a look at the ispconfig billing addon at ispconfig.org.
