Problem with stats

I installed version 3.0.4.6 on several Linux systems (Ubuntu 12.04, Centos 6.3 and Opensuse 12.1) strictly following the instructions of the "Perfect Server" guides, and I've never managed to get to statistics showed at http://www. dominio.com/stats/, neither using webalizer or awstats.
Is there a known bug or missing something to add in the guides?

I get the message
