Default Hostname change

Ok, asking here for clarity on an issue.

I have an ispconfig3 running on "domain.tld"
Now, i would like to move it to be "sub.domain.tld"

Ive found some guides for it, but most have seemed to be a little old, like
HTML Code:
You will have to change the hostname in the following files -

Then restart ISPConfig via '/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart'

..and then log into the ISPConfig control panel and navigate to management > server > settings and change the hostname there as well.
What I am trying to make sure of is that this still applies, or are there more things to consider when doing this?
