phpMyAdmin
I'm about to install ispConfig on squeeze with nginx. At the step to install phpMyAdmin it says apache2 is needed for this package.
Can I delete all packages of apache2 when I installed phpMyAdmin instead of removing it from /etc/init.d/ mechanism?

No, this would remove phpmyadmin automatically. Just follow the installation tutorial, it shows you the best practice to install the ispconfig server.
