dovecot doesn't work after upgrade

Hi everyone.

I think I've made a big mistake. When I was updating/upgrading my packages, I used the backports sources and my dovecot configuration has been overwrited.

After this my dovecot doesn't work like before...

Is there any way to fix this?

I'm using ispConfig with the current newest version and newest version for dovecot from debian squeeze packages.

I could fix it by running the update.php and installing dovecot-mysql

Ironically the quota says I'm using 1kb, but mailbox is empty...

1KB is the minimum rounded value as the mailbox contains some folders which take some space as well, so its ok to get this value when the mailbox is empty,
