Default Change server of all sites in a cluster system

I have a cluster configuration in ISPconfig 3 with Web, FTP and VServer in two servers (A and B) and sql, mail and dns in other three servers.

How is the best way to move all sites from server A to server B in a cluster system? I have set the server B as a mirror of B but it doesn't copy any data

Thanks

The mirror setting in ISPConfig mirrors the confguration and not any mail or website data. If you want to mirror data, you have tos etup the partition /var/vmail and /var/www as cluster filesystem or use a mirror software like unison. See cluster setup guide on how to set this up.
