New Cluster Master

I have a cluster setup with one cluster master control panel server and many web, db, and mail servers.
The cluster master had issues and I had to rebuild it from scratch.
How do I get this server to be the cluster master again?
Or how do I change the cluster master in a cluster?

Install ispconfig on the new server and then restore the backup of the "mysql" and "dbispconfig" database of the old master server.
