Looks as if BIND isn't running. Try to start it and check your logs for named errors.

service named restart



vi /etc/named.conf.local




vi /var/named/pri.sekaihost.com

Looks as of your BIND is running chrooted. Which tutorial (URL) did you use to set up the system?

reinstalling solves the bind 17 Install BIND
