How to block website and it's mail

hey guys,
How can I block a web site and it's mail with simple way ( I mean with few code or with some clicks) hosted in ISPConfig?

Plz help me....

Put it in the recycle bin.

You must fix that, put some "Disabled" option or let delete some items on the recycle bin.

If i really need to delete something (username for example) i have to recover every "suspended" site, clean the recycle bin and delete the sites again..

may be a simple checkbox well be more elegant than the recycle bin ?

isn't there any other option except putting sites on recycle bin?
and I am talking about block site..?
What i thinking to do is, seeing site's traffic and make it suppended by exceding traffic? and one more question, when site suppened, does it block it's pop mail too?

This feature is already built into ISPConfig...

No, because blocking emails would be illegal in some countries...
