Default Login with root and problems with id group 0

Sorry my english, I'm from Venezuela

I have running a ISPConfig server along any months. All perfect

But, today I enter (ssl) with the root user and it display the next:

groups: cannot find name for group ID 0

And the apache service is down

I find this http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22594
but I don´t understand how to solve it, and neither know why this happened?

Any idea, o help please?

I need to run apache and solve this situation.

The thread you linked to above is for a different software (ispconfig 2), so whats described there does not apply to your installation.

Do you have a group called root in the file /etc/group and is there a group with ID o in that file?
