Default Can not connect to ISPConfig3 on OpenSuse 12.2

I just installed OpenSuSe 12.2 and ISPConfig 3 following this guide: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ot-ispconfig-3 and I am having a problem when I try to connect to ISPConfig3 for the first time. When I connect to I get the following error:

Bad request!

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 400

Apache/2.2.22 (Linux/SUSE)
I had just done a full new install from the previous OpenSuSe version and ISPConfig3 worked fine on it. I was wondering if someone could diagnose and help me out with my situation.

Thank you
