ISPCONFIG3 Admin Panel brokenn

My admin does not display Login & password.

I do not understand why.

Have you changed any settings in the php.ini file or uninstalled any php modules?
Do you get any errors in the apache error.log file?

I have install APC, mod_header annd mod_expire.

Please check the login details in the file /etc/vlogger-dbi.conf,it seems as if the password for the ispconfig user to the dbispconfig mysql database in this file is wrong.
Set the correct password and restart apache. if this does not fix the problem, then uninstall apc and install e.g. xcache as php cache.

I have disable APC and admin works.
Login & Password was correct.

But other problem :
POP3 & IMAP appears off-line in server status

I have restart all services mails and now all works.
