Default unlimit database

how do i set the number of database to unlimit? and number of email address ?
it seems to have only 30 at max

The max. number of databases is 30 per web site. I can't think of a scenario where you need more databases for a single web site. If you do, you can still use phpMyAdmin to create databases manually.

Set the number of users to -1 for that web site.

we're going to give unlimited database. so I'm gonna need to set it unlimit, if I modify html file and add value -1 , willi t make unlimit too?
