Default One site is not not displaying

I rather new to ISPConfig. I have a fresh install of Centos 6.2 and IPSConfig 3,

I have setup a few sites but one just refuses to display and I get a can connect to website notice in the browser.

All the sites are all the same (Drupal) and all but one is working. I set them up in the same way and have no idea why its not displaying.

I checked the paths to the folders and as per the option tab/PHP open_basedir and they seem to be correct.

I've shut down apache and mysql and rebooted the server but to no avail.

Before I try to do a reinstall of the site I would like to trouble shoot this and get a resolution, as going forward I wont have the luxury of blowing away an existing site.

I would appreciate some pointer and help

Default Worked it out

Dont worry the issue was a misconfiguration on the settings.php file of Drupa;
