Default treat rar files as text

hi guys.
I think something wrong with my webserver, when I have different extension like rar it will open it in browser instead of downloading it

try this one

http://www.persiasys.com/test.html

or

http://www.persiasys.com/test.rar

but for example zip file is okay, and funny thing is that when I renamed the bmp file to EXE it stilled open it in browser just like a normal bmp file !!!

please help.
